Thomas Hooper returns to home for The Fourth Annual London Tattoo Convention. Held at the "Tobacco Dock" at 50 Porters Walk in Wapping London E1W 2SF England. The event will be held from Sept 26th to the 28th and feature 200 tattooers from all over the world. Thomas will be there tattooing and selling apparel, prints and books exclusive to the event.
