The Mike Rubendall series marks the fourth and second to last artist in VICE's Tattoo Age. Mike is the small town boy done good, tattoo style, from Massapequa, New York. In the series VICE learns about his unique work, visits his tattoo shop, Kings Avenue Tattoo, and meets his mentors and friends, including Danish tattoo legend, Henning Jorgensen, Frank Romano, and acclaimed actor Steve Guttenberg.
